House Rules & Policy

• Your credit card information is being used as a guarantee.  We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you choose to pay by cash, we will need a credit card on file for incidentals. 
  
  
• HOTEL AND COTTAGES:   During busy season, a deposit of one night is required for our cottages.  Upon arrival, the balance including 8.5% state room tax is due.  For check-in later than 6pm, please contact us with your estimated arrival time. To minimize any access to your room we will be offering daily refresh service by request only. We will gladly deliver towels, trash bags or anything else you need to your door.
